Conversion into residence

Following the removal from site of the original building contractor by the client, Kestrel undertook the works to complete the scheme. Works carried out consisted of Joinery, Brick/Blockwork, Plastering and rendering, and external works including drainage, external walls, pavings and fencing. The works were integrated with the client’s direct subcontractors undertaking the electrical services, plumbing services, decorations and fixtures and fittings.

Extremely high standards of workmanship were achieved on the project which was completed within the twelve week contract period.
